We are pleased to announce that on November 16th, a special Four Handed Gala Dinner will be held at our hotel, organized for charity by the La Chiave della Vita Association.
The stars of the evening will be Michelin-starred Chef Marco Sacco and Chef Luca Canna, the talented head chef of Hotel La Palma. The two chefs will join forces and creativity to offer guests a unique and unforgettable gastronomic experience.
A surprise menu to discover on the night of the event
Guests will be welcomed with a refined aperitif served at our Lobby Bar. The highlight of the evening will be the plated dinner: a secret menu, revealed only during the event, resulting from the collaboration between Marco Sacco and Luca Canna. The two chefs will combine their expertise to create dishes that blend innovation and tradition, achieving a perfect balance of flavors.
After the dinner, DJ Set
The evening doesn’t end with dinner! After dessert, guests can enjoy an exclusive after-dinner DJ set at our bar, concluding the night in a relaxed and festive atmosphere.
Support for Cystic Fibrosis Research
The event, organized by the La Chiave della Vita Association, aims primarily to raise funds for the Cystic Fibrosis Research Foundation. All proceeds from the evening will be donated to this noble cause, to support research and raise awareness of the issue. The dinner will be “in memory of Laura”, a special tribute that reminds us of the importance of our collective commitment.
